Competition terms & Conditions.

By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Competition Terms”).

This competition is run by Golf Nootropic Ltd, a company incorporated in Scotland with registered number SC822822 (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Entry Requirements

1.1 Entrants must be 18 years of age or over (or 16+ where legally permitted) and may enter worldwide.

1.2 To enter, participants must complete the GC18 feedback survey via QR code or directly at www.gc18.co.uk/pages/feedback.

1.3 Entrants must provide a valid email address when completing the survey in order to be contacted if they win.

1.4 Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.

1.5 Entries must be submitted between 1st September 2025 and 20th January 2026.

1.6 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require proof of age or identity.

2. Prize Details

2.1 There will be one winner.

2.2 The winner will receive one golf club of their choice (driver, putter, or wood), including custom fitting, up to a maximum value of £600. The prize will be redeemed at the winner’s local pro shop.

2.3 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

2.4 If the chosen club or fitting is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a reasonable substitute of equal or greater value.

3. Winner Selection & Notification

3.1 The winner will be chosen by random draw on or before 30th January 2026.

3.2 The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

3.3 The winner must claim their prize within 3 months of notification.

3.4 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

4. Liability

4.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

4.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising in connection with the competition or the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

4.3 The Promoter is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by third-party retailers (including pro shops) in the redemption of the prize.

5. Privacy

5.1 Personal data (including email addresses and survey responses) will only be used for administering this competition and for improving GC18.

5.2 The Promoter will not share entrant details with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

6. General

6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

6.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
